How is military equipment being used by Santa Rosa Police? As required by state law, Santa Rosa Police will review the use of military-grade equipment during a public meeting tonight from 6 PM to 8 PM. It will be at Santa Rosa’s Utilities Field Operations Building at 35 Stony Point Road. There will be a brief presentation and overview of the annual military equipment report.
