The 2024 Luther Burbank Rose Parade is in the books. Saturday’s parade through Downtown Santa Rosa, with the theme “A Trek Through Time,” was the first since 2019, due to the pandemic and other issues. Thousands of people lined up along 4th street to see the parade. It featured local dignitaries, marching bands, Snoopy as the grand marshal, and more. The city’s horse-drawn fire engine was also featured.
