Russian River Shuttle (Sonoma County Regional Parks)
The Regional Parks Russian River Shuttle will return for the season Saturday with expanded hours. The low-cost shuttle will operate 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends and holidays, departing from El Molino High School in Forestville, traveling to Steelhead Beach and Sunset Beach river parks. It provides riders with a chance to beat the traffic on the way to Russian River beaches. The shuttle ends its season September 2nd. Kids 18 years old and younger ride free, and an all-day, round-trip ticket for adults costs $5. You can purchase tickets in advance and park for free at El Molino High School.
