New Windsor Police Chief Lays Out Goals

New Windsor Police Chief Gregory Piccinini is outlining his goals for the job. Piccinini says he wants to cut down on commercial theft, increase police volunteers and be available to residents. Piccinini, who officially became Windsor Police Chief on May 13th, has 18 years of law enforcement experience. He took over for former Chief Mike Raasch, who served as chief for three years before retiring because of medical reasons earlier this month. Piccinini’s father, Jim, was Windsor’s first police chief when the Windsor Police Department was created in 1992.
