Will an iconic marble hand sculpture at the Santa Rosa Plaza be moved? A P.F. Chang’s restaurant is planning to move into the Plaza and plans have been submitted to redesign the surrounding area which includes the 7.5 ton sculpture. If approved, it would create a new driving lane with parking in front of the restaurant on the B Street side of Santa Rosa Plaza. Where the iconic hand statue, named “Agraria,” is to go is unknown. A zoning meeting around the design is scheduled for June 20th. P.F. Chang’s is set to open later this winter.
