California’s fire danger is high for this Father’s Day weekend but doesn’t include the Bay Area or the North Bay. The very first Fire Weather Watch of the year starts tomorrow night and continues through Monday evening. This includes Sacramento Valley, Redding, Red Bluff, Chico, Yuba City, Marysville and Davis. But forecasters say there’s a good chance conditions will get worse, forcing the National Weather Service to switch to a Red Flag Warning today due to dry, gusty winds.
