Santa Rosa is considered one of the top cities in the U.S. to raise a family. A new report from WalletHub ranks it 37th out of 182 cities. It ranks between Huntsville, Alabama and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The rankings are based on five categories, including family fun, health and safety, education and child care, affordability and socioeconomics. Santa Rosa earned its highest category ranking in health and safety, coming in 15th place. Its worst category ranking is in affordability, at 89th place.
