New Contracts Approved for Most Santa Rosa City Employees

Santa Rosa has finalized contracts with nearly all city employee groups after months of negotiations. It include up to 15 percent general wage increases and improved benefits that officials say will drive employee retention. The Santa Rosa City Council approved the new contracts last Tuesday. Most Santa Rosa government workers will see a 7 percent increase in the first year, applied retroactively to July 1st, a 4 percent increase July 1st, 2025, and a 4 percent increase July 1st, 2026.
