Patrick Daly, the former principal of Saint Vincent de Paul College Prep in Petaluma, is behind bars in Sonoma County. Records show the 59-year-old was booked into jail on Monday afternoon and is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow. A warrant for Daly’s arrest was issued last week. Police confirmed the warrant was connected with an embezzlement investigation involving at least 100-thousand-dollars. Records do not show charges being filed by the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office. Saint Vincent de Paul College Prep fired Daly last August.
