A man and woman have each been sentenced to eleven years in prison after their 15-month-old daughter died from fentanyl exposure in their apartment in Santa Rosa. Evan Frostick and Madison Bernard were sentenced in Sonoma County Superior Court on Tuesday. They were charged with murder and child endangerment in connection with the girl’s death in May of 2022. They would have had a jury trial last month but instead pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter. About two-point-seven grams of fentanyl were found in their apartment after their daughter’s death.
