A former American Canyon High School teacher accused of sexually abusing two minors will have a court hearing on November 14th. Brad Rowell’s hearing date was set during a brief court appearance on Monday. He is accused of victimizing the minors more than a decade apart from each other. The hearing will determine if there is enough evidence for Rowell to stand trial on the 25 criminal charges he’s facing. Those include 16 counts of lewd acts on a minor. At least one of the alleged victims is a student, who Rowell is accused of sexually abusing last fall, when she was 16-years-old.
