California’s NOW Conference Coming to Santa Rosa on Saturday

The California Statewide Conference for the National Organization for Women will be held Saturday in Santa Rosa, seeking to educate the community to stand up and speak out against those who would prevent women’s reproductive and general rights. The conference will host a diverse lineup of speakers, a panel discussion, and various workshops and activities starting at 9 a.m. at the Church of the Roses on Patio Court. Featured speakers include Santa Rosa’s Molly Murphy MacGregor, who co-founded the National Women’s History Project in 1980, which lobbied congress to designate March as Women’s History Month.
