Famed journalist and author Carl Bernstein appeared at a sold-out event in Sonoma County on Monday night. The Pulitzer Prize-winner spoke with Sonoma Speaker Series board member Laura Zimmerman, at the Hanna Center in Sonoma. He touched on a variety of topics during the conversation, from the Watergate Scandal to the current election. Bernstein said the appeal of MAGA and Donald Trump is waning, saying “Republicans that I’ve talked to including some very prominent ones — are saying that he’s become a madman,”
