The man accused of driving drunk and killing a Sonoma County juvenile correctional counselor is now facing a murder charge. On Tuesday, 68-year-old Nhan Van Nguyen was charged with murder, gross vehicular manslaughter, DUI causing injury and driving without a valid license. The crash last Friday afternoon killed 31-year-old Jessica Avila Muñoz, a single mother who was on her way to pick her daughter up from school. Nguyen is being held without bail. He is due back in court on September 11th, when he is expected to enter a plea.
