Rohnert Park Safety Officers have arrested one man with an unregistered handgun. Last night, a concerned citizen reported that a man was standing outside a convenience store and armed with a handgun. Officers responded and spotted the man who then fled on foot. During the chase, the man threw a backpack which had a loaded Glock firearm and an extended magazine. Soon after, the suspect was caught after a 4 block chase.
