There’s a new warning for those who live in Healdsburg. Police say don’t fall for scammers threatening to leak personal information if they don’t get two-thousand dollars sent by Bitcoin. It’s part of a letter going around and police posted a photo of it on Facebook yesterday. The department is telling residents not to pay and to also beware of any requests to buy gift card in order to settle a dispute with credit card companies or social security.
