A driver is still on the loose after hitting a seven-year-old girl in Santa Rosa then fleeing the scene. The girl suffered minor injuries on Saturday night, when she was hit while walking with her mother and other children on the east shoulder of Green Valley Road. A white vehicle veered to the right and hit the girl, causing her to fall down. The driver took off but didn’t take all of the car with them, as the passenger side mirror fell off. The California Highway Patrol says, based on the mirror, the vehicle could be a 2010 to 2017 Toyota Prius, Prius V or Prius Plug-In.
