A Windsor resident has been arrested for possessing several illegal firearms. Yesterday afternoon, Santa Rosa and Windsor police searched a residence in the 8000 block of Canyon Oak Drive in Windsor. Inside they found numerous firearms, firearms components, and evidence items related to manufacturing ghost guns. They also found hallucinogenic drugs inside a bedroom. Nineteen-year-old Jason Chester was arrested and charged for several firearm and drug related crimes.
