Sonoma Police are warning parents of their responsibility ahead of the non-sanctioned “Fugitive Night”. This event has occurred over several years with the freshman class traveling on foot from the Ernie Smith Community Park to the Sonoma Valley High School campus without the senior class catching them along the way. It didn’t take place last year but the year before saw several calls to Sonoma Police regarding safety and several acts of vandalism. It is rumored to be taking place this Saturday and police are reminding the community to be vigilant.
