A proposed condo and apartment development in Healdsburg has slightly changed. The city and the developer, Replay Destinations of Vancouver, will now take 12 planned rental apartments for the Mill District and convert them to for-sale condos for households making a maximum of 160% of area median income. That change, which has been approved by the Healdsburg City Council, would bring the total number of middle income condos for sale to 30. The Mill District will also bring 138 market-rate units, 40 affordable apartments, a 53-room hotel, space for retail and a gym, and a less than one acre park.
