A stolen e-bike in Petaluma was quickly returned to its rightful owner. Last Monday morning shortly after midnight, a male victim called police to report that his e-bike was stolen in the Theatre District. As he was speaking with officers, other officers made contact with 45-year-old Abraham Santos to the rear of the Town and Country Shopping Center. Santos was found with the stolen e-bike as well as bolt cutters and meth. He was arrested for the theft, possession of tools with intent to burglarize, possession of meth, and an outstanding warrant.
