Did you feel the Loma Prieta Earthquake from 35 years ago? With the anniversary of the quake coming up next week, the U.S. Geological Survey thought it would be a good idea to finally create a “Did you feel it” survey for the quake, asking those who experienced it to share it with them. The online questionnaire obviously was not available at the time of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake but the U.S. Geological Survey hopes it is not too late for you to share your experience. The quake happened on October 17th, 1989, killing 63 people causing nearly 7-billion dollars in damages.
