Four families in Santa Rosa have been displaced after a fire at an apartment complex. On Friday night, a fire was reported at the Redwood Apartments, in the 3000 block of Santa Rosa Avenue. It started in a balcony closet on the second floor of the three-story complex causing about $150-thousand dollars in damages. Though the fire did not spread to the living areas, they did suffer water damage. Cause of the fire is being investigated.
