Santa Rosa police on patrol manage to catch a thief in the act. Early Sunday morning, patrols in the area of College Avenue and Cleveland Avenue noticed a white van backed up to a large window of Factory Powersports located at 55 College Avenue. As officers approached it, the van drove off at a high rate of speed with police in pursuit. The chase went onto highway 101 going south until the driver, 22-year-old Michael Cisneros of Oakland, exited the freeway and pulled over at Golf Course Drive in Rohnert Park. Police found two stolen dirt bikes in the van and arrested Cisneros.
