A man is behind bars in connection with a threat that forced the lockdown and evacuation of Penngrove Elementary School near Petaluma on Monday. On Tuesday, police arrested 47-year-old Kevin Harrington near South Lake Tahoe, on the Nevada side. He is accused of making criminal threats and possessing a stolen vehicle. Harrington, a Santa Rosa resident, is awaiting extradition back to Sonoma County. Harrington had been due in court today in a separate elder cruelty case.
