California is the 5th best state to Trick-or-Treat in. That’s according to a study from Kuru Footwear who gave us a Walkscore of 69. 22.5-percent of California’s population is under the age of 18. Kuru, though, also noted that California ranks one of the highest in pedestrian fatalities at 2.97 per 100,000 people.
As for the best state to Trick-or-Treat in? Utah.
