Two people in Santa Rosa have been arrested as part of a meth trafficking ring. Detectives executed two search warrants yesterday on Alfonso Muniz-Saucido and Andres Guzman-Loya in different parts of the city. Saucido’s vehicle was searched and detectives found about 10 ounces of suspected meth and a digital scale concealed in a hidden compartment in the vehicle. Meanwhile, police searched Loya’s residence and found a .22 caliber revolver and ammunition. Loya is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing firearms and/or ammunition. Both were arrested and charged with drugs and gun crimes respectively.
