Almost 19-thousand people across the Bay Area are waking up in the dark. PG&E turned off power last night to avoid equipment sparking a wildfire. A red flag warning is in place until tomorrow morning due to high winds and low humidity. Solano and Napa counties have the most outages right now followed by Alameda, Sonoma, Santa Clara and Contra Costa counties. Crews will inspect power lines for any damage and restore service when it’s safe.
