Santa Rosa Set New Daily Temperature Record On Tuesday

The National Weather Service confirms Santa Rosa broke a daily temperature record on Tuesday.

Downtown reached a high of 72 degrees. The previous record of 70 degrees was first set on January 7th, 1911 and matched on January 7th, 2012. Temperatures across Sonoma and Napa counties were 12 to 13 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Kentfield also set a new daily temperature record of 69 degrees on Tuesday.
