The deaths of four family members at a home in Santa Rosa are now considered the result of a murder-suicide.
The bodies of two parents and their two adult children were found in a home in a senior subdivision on January 8th. All four people had been shot to death, though it’s unclear who the suspected shooter was. The case was initially treated as a homicide, but on Tuesday, investigators confirmed it has been reclassified as a murder-suicide.
A spokesperson for the Santa Rosa Police Department is expected to release more details today.
