Santa Rosa’s Mitote Food Park may have found its new home.
Owner Octavio Diaz says nearly 20 mobile food vendors could be setting up shop at 100 Sebastopol Road, which is less than a half mile from the food park’s current location. The one-point-seven acres of land features a 20,000 square-foot warehouse, which was once used by Roseland University Prep.
Diaz has signed a lease for the food park to occupy about 12,000 feet of the indoor space. The site also has more than 40 parking spaces.
