Gas prices appear to be falling after recently peaking for the winter season.
Today, the average price of a gallon of regular gas in Sonoma County is $5.06. That is down two cents from Sunday and 14 cents from last Monday. Sonoma County currently has the highest average gas price in the North Bay, with Napa County a close second.
The statewide average is $4.79 per gallon.
