The Press Democrat reports developer Ken Mattson’s company, KS Mattson Partners, has been forced into Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The bankruptcy comes just weeks after Mattson was federally indicted on charges including wire fraud and money laundering. Creditors hope the bankruptcy will provide the transparency needed to trace assets and recover funds for those impacted.”
