A person is claiming a jackpot-winning lottery ticket sold in Cotati in March.
The Super Lotto Plus ticket is worth 30 million dollars. Lottery officials identify the person as Andrea Willer. It’s unclear where Willer lives. The ticket was sold at My Goods Market, inside a 76 gas station.
