Rohnert Park is updating its laws concerning loitering and vaping.
Two laws were officially approved this week. One bans loitering between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. seven days a week. The update extends the previous ban by two hours into the afternoon.
The other updated ordinance now defines electronic cigarette and vaping products as “tobacco”, which means they cannot be sold to minors.
