A man is behind bars in connection with a shooting under the Maxwell Bridge in Napa.
The shooting on July 24th left a 23-year-old man hospitalized. The victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, Jaime Lisandro Lopez-Barajas, was arrested on Tuesday after running from police officers.
