Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa has opened an expanded $18 million oncology infusion clinic, consolidating services into a single, larger location. The Press Democrat reports the new center brings all services under one roof, increasing the number of treatment bays from 21 to 34.
Kaiser officials say the consolidation benefits both patients and staff, improving efficiency and creating a more cohesive community. The expansion comes as Sonoma County’s cancer incidence rate remains stable, with trends showing a decrease in some types of cancer over the last two decades.
