A man from Santa Rosa is behind bars on suspicion of killing his 94-year-old father-in-law.
On Saturday, 71-year-old Khanh Trong Tran was arrested in northwest Santa Rosa. That was about a week after detectives initially said they found no foul play in the death of the victim, Sy Van Nguyen.
Nguyen was found unresponsive on the property he shared with Tran, who is now being held without bail.
