A house fire in Sonoma sent a resident to the hospital.
The fire was reported at about 5:45 Sunday morning. A woman and a dog were already out of the house by the time firefighters arrived. The woman was taken to a hospital as a precaution, due to smoke inhalation.
It took about 45 minutes for the crew to put the fire out.
