A security guard is behind bars on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman in Santa Rosa.
Peni Cere is accused of sexually assaulting the woman in July, after posing as a police officer and threatening to call ICE. Police say he confronted the woman as she slept in her car then forced his way inside the car.
The woman reported the sexual assault in early August. She told police she was reluctant to come forward out of fear of deportation.
