Evan Franco and Dakota Vincent are the winners of the 17th Santa Rosa Marathon.
Franco, a San Jose resident, was the men’s winner. He finished Sunday’s race in two hours, 26 minutes and 26 seconds. Vincent, of Scottsdale, Arizona, was the fastest woman, finishing in two hours, 52 minutes and one second. Christopher Reischel of Tacoma, Washington won the men’s half- marathon, while Izzi Gengaro of Stanford won the women’s half-marathon. +
More than three thousand runners combined took part in the full marathon and half marathon.
