A Santa Rosa woman is sentenced to five years and four months in prison for embezzling nearly 200-thousand-dollars from her employer.
A Sonoma County judge ruled Wednesday that Tina Cabudoy must also pay just over 179-thousand-dollars in restitution.
Prosecutors say Cabudoy stole the money while working as business manager for Amaturo Sonoma Media Group from July 2023 to March 2024, using a company credit card for personal expenses, including Amazon purchases, travel, and an extravagant birthday party.
