Ken Mattson, an indicted Sonoma real estate investment adviser, was airlifted to a hospital Friday after crashing his pickup truck near his home.
The California Highway Patrol said Mattson’s injuries were minor. The pickup smashed through a gate and fence before ending up in a horse pasture on Bartholomew Park property.
Mattson faces federal charges including wire fraud, money laundering, and obstruction of justice, and is also being sued by the SEC for allegedly defrauding investors of at least 46-million-dollars.
