Santa Rosa police are featuring five missing persons cases in their latest social media campaign aimed at resolving long-standing cold cases.
The “Missing Person Monday” posts share photos and last known locations to encourage tips from the community. The campaign began last month and follows previous efforts that helped resolve eight cold cases.
Highlighted this week are Lindsay Grant McDougall, missing since 1984; Anthony Horner since 1989; Miguel Soto since 2004, Andres Vasquez since 2008, and Andrea Altamirano-Rodriguez since 2017.
