A search warrant served at a Santa Rosa home yesterday has led to the arrest of a local man on multiple charges.
Santa Rosa Police detectives from the Gang Crimes and Narcotics teams raided a residence on the 100 block of West Ninth Street. During the search, they found a loaded handgun and a large amount of narcotics.
The suspect, 22-year-old Carlos Santana Sanchez, was arrested. He faces several charges, including possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of narcotics for the purpose of sales.
Sanchez was booked into the Sonoma County Jail.
