A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly shooting another man in west Napa last month.
Police searched several homes in Napa and one in Benicia before detaining William Stroud Junior. The victim was hospitalized briefly and has been released. Stroud was booked into Napa County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder, gang participation, and committing a felony for a gang.
He is being held without bail.
