Santa Rosa Restaurant Owner Arrested For Firing Gun Following Argument

A Santa Rosa restaurant owner was arrested early Sunday after allegedly firing a gun during an argument over a bill.

Forty-eight-year-old Moises Flores was taken into custody shortly after the incident at Dos Culturas Restaurant. Police say Flores and a 37-year-old man had been drinking when they fought outside the restaurant, and Flores went inside to retrieve a gun before firing. A bullet struck a parked vehicle, shattering the rear window, but no one was hit.

The male customer suffered minor injuries in the fight. Flores is currently being held without bail.
