A 37-year-old man has been arrested following a stabbing and carjacking yesterday in Windsor.
The Press Democrat reports the incident led to school lockdowns and a neighborhood shelter-in-place order as authorities searched for the suspect, Daniel Tirado Gonzalez. Gonzalez was located and arrested near Pleasant Avenue and Old Redwood Highway without further incident.
He is being held on $1 million bail. The stabbing victim was treated at a local hospital.
