Authorities ID Motorcyclist Killed In Thursday Morning Crash

Rohnert Park authorities identify the motorcyclist killed in a Thursday morning crash on Highway 101 near Golf Course Drive.

Officials said 40-year-old Charles Forsyth of Santa Rosa struck the right front side of a Ford Fusion that swerved to avoid debris. Forsyth was ejected from his 1974 Harley-Davidson and was pronounced dead at a hospital after emergency crews attempted CPR.

The Ford driver was unharmed. Forsyth owned and worked as a tattoo artist at Sunset Tattoo in downtown Santa Rosa.
