A new bubble tea spot is opening this weekend at Santa Rosa Plaza.
According to the Press Democrat, Ume Tea, a Silicon Valley franchise, will hold its grand opening this Saturday, marking its first location in the North Bay. This is the latest in a series of new retail additions to the mall. However, the openings of two major establishments, Dave & Buster’s and P.F. Chang’s, have been delayed.
Dave & Buster’s is now expected in January, while P.F. Chang’s has been pushed back to late 2026.
